Working Farm

STARTING AT $800/MONTH

Best for:

  • Farms and ranches with multiple accounts, invoices, or loans who need organized operations and regular financial clarity.

  • Everything in Starter Farm, plus:

  • Up to 5 accounts with moderate transaction volume (up to 150 transactions)

  • Account Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) management

  • Loan tracking (equipment and operating lines)

  • Basic enterprise tracking (summary of income and expenses per crop/livestock enterprise)

  • ​Depreciation tracking for assets and equipment

  • 5 or more accounts (bank, credit card, and operating)

  • Payroll management (up to 10 employees)

  • Annual budgeting & seasonal cash flow planning

  • Lender-ready financial reports

  • Monthly financial review meeting

At this level, bookkeeping isn't enough. You need structured financial management that supports growth, financing, and long-term sustainability. This package positions you to make confident decisions about your business.
